Cancellation Policy

Must send deposit immediately after booking, an email will be sent with deposit information. Deposit information can also be found in our 'Policy' section. If you need an appointment to be rescheduled, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you do not give notice within the provided timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited. If you do give notice, the deposit can be used for the rescheduled appointment but is only valid within 14 days of the initial appointment date or the deposit will be forfeited.
